IFS Group has officially announced its strategic direction for 2026 at the IFS Management Forum 2026, held on January 30, 2026, at Rama Gardens Hotel, Bangkok. The Group is focused on strengthening organizational leadership through the “Micro-Business Owner” mindset to enhance agility, improve operational effectiveness, and establish a strong foundation for long-term sustainable growth.

The forum was led by Mr. Sapphaphet Pojasan, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Glenn Liddell, Chief Operating Officer; and Mr. Sinchai Suvanaumbhai, Finance Director, together with Customer Group Managers. The leadership team convened to align strategic priorities and ensure organizational readiness to drive performance throughout 2026.

During the event, the executive team shared the Group’s vision and operational direction across three key focus areas. These included a review of overall business performance in 2025, as well as the goals and strategic priorities for 2026 to support continued business growth and respond effectively to changing market conditions.

The discussion also covered management and operational approaches aimed at improving efficiency across all dimensions. This includes establishing clear operating structures and elevating performance standards to align with the increasing complexity and expectations of enterprise customers.

A key highlight of the forum was the introduction of the “AM as Micro-Business Owner” concept. This initiative elevates the role of Account Managers by encouraging them to manage their areas of responsibility with a business-owner mindset, make informed and data-driven decisions, and oversee operations holistically. The approach is designed to strengthen both individual business units and the organization.

In addition, interactive workshops provide a platform for executives and teams to exchange insights, analyze real business challenges, and translate corporate strategies into practical and actionable plans. These sessions helped strengthen cross-functional alignment and bridge the gap between strategic direction and execution.

IFS Group believes that developing leaders at all levels under the Micro-Business Owner Mindset will be a key driver in enhancing operational standards, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting sustainable growth in 2026 and beyond.

IFS Group of Companies would like to express its sincere appreciation to all executives and employees for their unwavering commitment and valuable contributions in advancing the organization with shared vision and confidence.

“IFS Group: Advancing Toward Half a Century of Service Excellence.”
