IFS Group received a recognition plaque as an organization that supports employment and creates career opportunities for individuals with Down Syndrome and intellectual disabilities at the Social Empowerment Expo for People with Intellectual Disabilities on March 21, 2026, at Central Pinklao, in observance of World Down Syndrome Day.
Mr. Sapphaphet Pojasan, Chief Executive Officer, represented the organization in receiving the recognition plaque from Mr. Sontaya Bunyaphoosit, Director-General of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.

Receiving this recognition plaque reaffirms both the organization’s pride and IFS Group’s commitment to supporting an inclusive society that values people from all groups equally. In particular, the Group is committed to advancing employment opportunities and career creation, which are important in helping each individual achieve a stable quality of life, live with dignity, and fully realize their potential.

The event was filled with the power of collaboration from many sectors, including government agencies, the private sector, civil society, and family networks from across the country. Together, they joined in promoting the ideas of understanding, acceptance, and the creation of equal opportunities in Thai society.
This event also created a space for society to recognize the potential of individuals with Down Syndrome and intellectual disabilities in daily life, learning, work, and participation in society. Through exhibitions, panel discussions, and activities showcasing their abilities, the event reflected that, with appropriate support, everyone can grow, gain employment, and create real value for society. IFS Group believes that true business growth must move forward together whilst creating opportunities for everyone in society. The organization therefore places importance on ongoing collaboration with communities to support job opportunities that are appropriate to everyone’s potential and to promote sustainable participation.
