A Collaborative Program with Business Partners for Sustainable Community Development

IFS Facility Services Co., Ltd. continues its commitment to corporate social responsibility through the organization of a social contribution initiative titled the “Customer & Community Partnership Program,” a collaborative project with business partners aimed at fostering sustainable community development. The activity was held at the Rangsit Infant Home on December 12, 2025.

The initiative was organized by the IFS Group, led by Mr. Sapphaphet Pojasan Chief Executive Officer of IFS Facility Services Co., Ltd., with the objective of delivering tangible support while promoting long-term social and environmental sustainability.

On this occasion, IFS was honored by the presence of Ms. Innoi Phaephrom, Head of General Administration of the Rangsit Infant Home, who represented the institution in receiving the support. The activity aimed to strengthen collaboration among the organization, its customers, and business partners, while jointly creating long-term value for society.

This initiative represents another key CSR project by IFS that reflects the concept of “Growing Together.” IFS firmly believes that business growth should go hand- in- hand with community development and stakeholder care, particularly in supporting child welfare and improving overall quality of life through concrete action and collective efforts with corporate clients and partner networks to deliver measurable and meaningful outcomes.

Uniting Compassion Through Hands-On Social Activities at the Rangsit Infant Home

As part of the “Customer & Community Partnership Program,” IFS and participating partners jointly carried out a range of social activities designed to support childcare and enhance the cleanliness, safety, and suitability of the environment within the Rangsit Infant Home for daily living. The activities included the following

1)Supporting Child Care and Institutional Development

IFS made a financial contribution to support infant care operations and the continued development of the Rangsit Infant Home. This contribution forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, aimed at strengthening the institution’s long-term operational capacity and sustainability.

2) Cleaning Key Areas Using Standard Equipment and Aqueous Ozone Innovation

IFS deployed its professional cleaning team to perform cleaning services in key areas of the Rangsit Infant Home using standardized equipment. The team applied Aqueous Ozone technology in place of conventional chemical cleaning agents to promote environmentally friendly cleaning practices and reduce chemical exposure in sensitive areas.

This approach aligns with IFS’s philosophy of “Safe, chemical-free cleaning innovation powered by nature for sustainable quality of life,” demonstrating how social initiatives can effectively integrate professional facility management expertise with environmentally responsible innovation to deliver truly suitable outcomes for child-care environments.

3) Donation of Cleaning Supplies for Continued Use

In addition, IFS and participating partners jointly donated cleaning equipment and supplies to support the home’s ongoing cleanliness and hygiene management. This initiative serves as a practical example of IFS’s CSR approach, focusing on actionable support that delivers genuine and lasting benefits to recipient organizations.

To further enhance the long-term impact of its social initiatives, IFS invited corporate clients and business partners to participate in the program, fostering a shared commitment to social value creation through a hands-on collaboration model. This included resource support, on-site participation, and joint efforts to raise awareness of social and environmental responsibility.
