Job title: Front Desk Coordinator
-1 person to be stationed in International media leading subscription service for watching TV episodes and movies.
-Reports to Workplace Lead – Thailand
Job Responsibilities:
-Handle enquiries and requests from in-person walk-ins or online channels such as phone calls, emails, tickets, and Slack.
-Ensure that the front desk, all conference rooms, and front desk lounge areas are in good and clean condition at all times.
-Ensure all amenities in the conference rooms are well-stocked and organized at all times.
-Report any defects in equipment, amenities, and conference room facilities using the Zendesk ticketing system.
-Assist Netflix employees, vendors, and guests with their inquiries.
-Greet visitors, guests, and members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of their visit.
-Maintain security protocols, such as monitoring the visitor registration list, issuing visitor passes, and issuing and deactivating access badges.
-Direct and escort visitors and guests when necessary.
-Take and resolve complaints from employees, maintaining a positive attitude towards negative criticism.
-Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Handle Gate Pass and Building Permit requests.
-Handle logistics requests, such as shipping and receiving parcels and packages.
-Coordinate with the BMO for day-to-day requests and queries.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
-Adhere to Contractor HSE systems and procedures.
-Follow all Emergency Response plans on site.
-Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks.
Salary & Benefits:
– Base Salary : 28-30 K.

Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm/ day shift / 9 hours with 1.5 break (1 hr lunch + two 15 min break). Occasional overtime/ weekend/ holiday works may occur
