Sales Executive

IFS is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our sales team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing business opportunities by arranging meetings and making sales pitches for IFS products and services.
  • Actively seeking new sales leads through cold calling, networking and other appropriate channels.
  • Respond to enquiries, generate costing, provide, follow-up on quotations and close deals.
  • Presenting IFS services and convince customers why IFS services will help their business.
  • Arranging follow-up meetings with customers to retain business and make further sales.
  • Ensure sales performance targets are met.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of FM industry and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English communication and computer skills
  • Own a car and a valid driver’s license.
