For the past 16 years, IFS Group and the Association for Parents of Persons with Intellectual Disability of Thailand have worked together to promote employment opportunities for people with disabilities across Thailand. This long-standing partnership aims to create equal access to employment, improve quality of life, reduce inequality, and promote equal participation in Thai society.
The partnership extends beyond employment. It also supports networks of parents, caregivers, and families by creating opportunities to exchange experiences, learn from one another, and work together to build greater understanding within society.
On September 8, 2026, Mr. Sapphaphet Pojasan, Chief Executive Officer of IFS Group, presided over the opening ceremony of the project “เสริมพลังเครือข่ายยุคใหม่ สู่การสื่อสารสร้างสรรค์อย่างสง่างามและมั่นใจ,” organized by the Association for Parents of Persons with Intellectual Disability of Thailand at Madison Bangkok Hotel (Ramkhamhaeng).
The project focused on developing communication, teamwork, creative expression, and confidence among parents, caregivers, and network members. The aim was to help participants apply their knowledge and experience more effectively in their work and in strengthening their networks.
On this occasion, Mr. Sapphaphet expressed his appreciation to the Association for inviting IFS Group to be part of the project. He also highlighted the value of each family’s experience, noting that when these experiences are connected and shared, they can strengthen the network’s ability to communicate more effectively with the wider community and relevant organizations.

Mr. Sapphaphet also thanked everyone who has continued this journey together, helping to build a stronger network and ensuring that every family feels they do not have to move forward alone.
