Developing leadership capabilities and building shared understanding to move the organization forward with clear vision and strong management standards
On August 21, 2026, IFS Group held the IFS Leaders Forum 2026 at Novotel Bangkok Bangna, bringing together leaders at the Director, GM, SAM, LAM, and AM levels. Mr. Sapphaphet Pojasan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IFS Group, shared his vision, management approach, and perspectives with the leadership team.
The forum was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, sharpen management thinking, and build shared understanding of the organization’s management strategy. It also focused on strengthening leaders’ ability to deliver high-quality, timely, and efficient services.

Developing Structured Decision-Making Through Real-World Situations
The program focused on real-world situations and challenges to strengthen leaders’ ability to analyze problems systematically. This included examining causes and impacts, assessing relevant data and context, and identifying appropriate solutions.
Leaders were also encouraged to prepare alternative courses of action when circumstances differ from the original plan. This helps them make well-rounded decisions and adjust their management approach as conditions evolve.
During the forum, Mr. Sapphaphet also shared perspectives on managing client expectations, leading through change, and preparing for future challenges. These insights helped participants connect team-level decisions more clearly with the organization’s direction and goals.

Leading with Fairness and Aligning Teams Around Shared Goals
Another key focus of IFS Leaders Forum 2026 was developing people management capabilities, with an emphasis on fairness, collaboration, and unity within teams.
Leadership goes beyond setting direction and solving problems. It also means building shared understanding, enabling effective collaboration, and aligning teams around common goals.
Combining clear management thinking with strong people leadership strengthens the management team and helps leaders at every level apply the organization’s approach effectively in their day-to-day work and team management.
