On June 19, 2026, IFS Group hosted the IFS Leaders Forum 2026 at Arize Hotel Sri Racha in Chonburi. The forum aimed to strengthen the leadership and management capabilities of operational and management teams across Eastern Thailand, while enhancing collaboration to support effective service delivery.
Participants included Account Executives (AEs), Training Officers, Account Managers (AMs), and Senior Account Managers (SAMs), all of whom play an important role in overseeing operations and delivering services to corporate clients throughout the region.
The morning session featured a keynote presentation titled “Leadership for Modern Leaders,” delivered by Dr. Thitiwan Sinthunok, a leadership development expert. During the session, she introduced the Leadership with CARE framework and shared practical approaches to team management, effective communication, and trust-building.
The session provided participants with valuable insights and practical strategies that can be applied when leading teams, managing day-to-day operations, and addressing challenges within their respective areas of responsibility.
In the afternoon, participants joined interactive workshops and team-based activities designed by the IFS Training Team. Through simulated workplace scenarios, participants were encouraged to exchange experiences, share ideas, and work together to find effective solutions.
The activities reinforced essential leadership competencies, including problem-solving, decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and team collaboration.
